It has been a great day! It started with some great news, followed by great company & great food and is coming to a close after great time with my kids (and great ice cream!).
We've done all sorts of things today. Jeremy & I got up early and got the grill started to smoke some meat for lunch. The kids got up and we started straightening things up. And then they put their swimsuits on...like at 9:00 am! ha! Our company arrived around noon, and then there was swimming for the kids, chatting for the adults and then lots of food!
The kids and I made a quick stop by the li-bary and then to Target. We had a "snack" as the kids referred to our leftovers, baths and then watched us some Diego and Super Why's on Netflix. Jeremy is off to the race in Daytona and I'm reading and stuff.
