riding a bike!
Baby girl was learning to ride her bike last night! Agh, made me sad! Jeremy was giving their tires a little extra air and mentioned taking training wheels off soon. That was all it took for her. Off they came in an instant!
Jeremy was so good with her - they practiced in the grass a little before he moved her to the street. A few times around the circle and she was pretty much on her own. Jeremy mentioned letting her go around by herself and she said "Yeah, I'm good." Jeremy said "What happens if you fall on the other side?" "I'm good" she kept saying! Bless her sweet self! She is so independent.
And what learning experience is complete without some good - ole teasin'? She said she wanted her teeth knocked out! :)
Learning to get on the bicycle the right way. She was wearing a little denim skirt, which was preventing her from kicking her left leg back and around the bike, so bein' the little lady that she is, she lifted her skirt.
And they're off!
And they're back!
She thought she was headed straight for the mailbox. She reached out and hit it with her hand and they both went down. She only suffered a small scratch on her ankle, since we were prepared and let her wear flip-flops! ha!
