We have had a rough week. I had class last Friday and all day on Saturday. Then Sunday had to go to work for a dinner event. As I left, Jeremy also left with the babies to go to church. We only got a couple miles from the house when Major lost it all! Jeremy went back home since Major would have had to be around several other kids in the nursery.
By Monday morning he was even worse. I made the call for them both to stay at home and called the doctor promptly at 8:30 when they opened. The soonest appt. was at 4:00 that afternoon. Jeremy swapped places with me at lunch and I went to work, and class Monday evening. The prognosis was flu for Major, bronchitis for Ella Grace.
Jeremy stayed home with them on Tuesday and Nana came down Tuesday afternoon. Thankfully, she has been able to stay with us all week. This evening Major seemed to feel better after a bath (which he has had a lot of this week). He giggled, crawled to be chased and marched like a dinosaur. However, he soon wore himself out.
We're praying they both continue to improve and are back to normal over the weekend. It's definitely been a rough week here!
