Pirates??

Pop and Nana took me and the kids on a little adventure today. We went to find a pirate! The adventure began at our house. We left in the van and stopped by Burger King for a drive-thru breakfast and were quickly back on the road. When we arrived at the destination the Pirate's "store" was closed. So, we moved on to a visitor's center right down the road where we got to tour this house built in 1985 to resemble something much older.

There were some animal exhibits inside, which the kids really liked.

When we finished up there, we went back to see if the pirate had arrived...he had - well, he was kinda there the whole time. Ha! Ha!
