Friday morning I woke up not feeling well. At lunch I made a trip to the medical center. I was their first positive flu test! (not sure I should be so excited...) The swab was horrible, I don't think I've ever had to do that before. I even volunteered for a second "quick test" so they would have a control they knew was positive. (man, I'm too nice...) Needless to say, my work day was cut short. It has been a tough weekend. I've done a lot of sleeping and not much productive. I was hoping the weekend would be a good catch-up (in some areas) and get ahead (in others) kind of weekend. Oh, well!
Did I mention I even got a flu shot???
